Pingry Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service

Today the Sending Support Society hosted a table at the Pingry MLK Day of Service at the Pottersville campus! Using materials donated through their school supply drive the week before, participants made dog toys out of recycled T-shirts, tennis balls, and socks, as well as donated fleece! All of these toys, accompanied by some packets of dog treats, will be donated to the dogs at the St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center in Madison, NJ. In just two hours, over 110 dog toys were made! It was great to see the community come together to help support this cause, thank you to everyone who helped!
